2025-26 NYS School Facilities Association - Suffolk Chapter Meeting Schedule
All breakfast meetings open for registration at 8:30am and begin at 9:00am, and Lunch meetings open for registration at 11:30am and begin at 12 noon.
SCSFA Meeting Guests
A non-member may only attend a meeting as a guest of an Active member in good standing.
Guest will be responsible to pay for their entry at the Associate rate.
Active Member shall request to bring a non-member guest prior to the meeting date. Requests should go through the President.
Active Member needs to attend the meeting with the non-member guest.
Non-member guests may not attend a joint meeting or luncheons.
Non-member guests are allowed to attend ONE meeting even if invited by multiple members. Associate membership is for the company level, the company may not send a different individual as a guest for additional meeting access.
June’s General Meeting will be June 5th 2026 Casual BBQ luncheon at TIKI JOE'S CAPTREE BOAT BASIN. From 12PM to 3PM.
Directions: From the Long Island Expressway, go south on Sagtikos Parkway to the end. Merge onto Southern State Parkway West, then use the right 2 lanes to take exit 40 for Robert Moses Causeway South (toward Ocean Beaches). Follow signs for Robert Moses Causeway South/Ocean Beaches. Use the right lane to take the Ocean State Pkwy E ramp to Captree State Park.
